Finally, there is some very good news regarding the Route 38 construction. There is some light at the end of the tunnel.
The traffic circle at Eshtaol is a temporary structure, and will be removed shortly. Engineers were forced to place the circle there for construction purposes. Realizing the traffic problems it is causing, engineers are working to remove it expeditiously.
In other exciting news, the crossover ramps from both the Tzomet Shimshon and Har Tuv exits are expected to be opened in the next three months. These two areas are identified as the most heavily congested areas. Work on them are being sped up to relieve the daily 25+ minute commutes.
